I’ve tried it for a while (after figuring the basics out by myself — this is basically just syllable tapping) and like other fluency tricks it sounds unnatural and stops working when you get used to it. Honestly more likely that you just happen to have a ”good month”, just don’t get too disappointed when it stops working.
