How do I fix stuttering and loneliness?

How do I fix stuttering and loneliness? Hello, I am new to r/stutter, I have a severe stutter I've had since I was able to speak. I am almost 19, have already gotten out of high school. I am talking with a speech pathologist about meeting again to talk and do therapy, but my main problem is loneliness. I have isolated myself for the past 2 years, from basically everyone in high school. I wouldn't talk to anyone because of this awful anxiety. I still text one or two people from high school, but now that the major symptoms of loneliness and isolation are getting to me, I've decided I am going to stop being miserable. Terrible sleep, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts. I've had enough of it. How do I reach out and form social connections again? I've talked to a friend about meeting sometime to talk and she said she'd love to, so that's a start. Edit: I'll be doing talk therapy with a therapist/psychologist soon, so I know that will help.
