I’ve stuttered badly through a few job interviews too, but still got the jobs. Some hiring managers are willing to look past your stutter because they know it doesn’t define your skills or intelligence. Always disclose before the interview! Others might write you off immediately… who cares! That’s not a place I’d want to work for if they’re like that towards their people. The experience didn’t kill you, so pick yourself up and move on. Another door will open if you put it out to the universe.
