Oh you wanted to know about the programme, right so. It is a 4 day intense course (up to 18 hours for a day) with heavy focus on breathing with your costal diaphram (aka yor chest, not belly) The first day we were not allowed to say ANYTHING at all meanwhile we had to sit infront of an older "student" and practice the breathing untill it felt natural while keeping eyecontact at all times. The theory goes that the crural diaphram (the one "normal" speakers use, the belly) in those who stammer is chronically contracting when it should instead be relaxing (due to fear?) which disrupts the airflow causing "stammer". The trick is using your costal diaphram instead (the one in the chest) which is often used in singing, yawning and yelling. This muscles CANNOT contract to fear or anything else and is semi-automatic as opposed to your belly being fully automatic. I can explain futher if you're interested but i'll probably never cover all the points in a few minutes. EDIT: Oh, all the instructors, coaches and basically everyone there? Everyone is a stammer, this just changes everything from my perspective.
