My stutter usually varies with my anxiety levels. So the best thing I try to do is deep breathing exercises in a secluded environment, like a cubicle (if it has a spray). And I just try not to think a lot. If I do then I eithier speak at Maglev speed or just twist my tounge. Sometimes, you just have to except it. And trust me, people don't judge a lot. The ones that do are the ones whom you don't need to make an integral part of your daily life.
