The worst feeling about stuttering has to be... Just when you kicked its ass like a month ago and you were feeling great because you faced your fear, then the next month you literally have to keep proving to yourself over, and over, and over just to gain some confidence back. Because some days/ weeks your stutter is going great then other times, (like the week for me right now) its going fucking shitty. Like today I wanted to talk about something quick and it took forever to get out compared to what I usually take. It’s like getting blue shelled right before the finish line in mario kart and you go from 1st (you feel great about yourself, everything is going great) then go to 6th (Don’t feel like speaking even if you have something to say, everyone pisses you off easily, just generally don’t want to do anything). I don’t usually rant much here, but I just had to today!
