Wim Hof breathing to reduce anxiety in the morning and set a calm tone for the day. Anxiety causes my stutter, or maybe it's stuttering that causes me anxiety. Whatever. Anyway, there's this eccentric guru named Wim Hof who is known for superhuman feats like running up Mt. Everest in shoes and shorts using only his breath to regulate his body from dying. They call him the Iceman. I've been practicing his wim hof breathing techniques every morning and it really works in making me feel calm, enervated and a little euphoric. Definitely sets a nice tone for the rest of the day. Not really a cure, but more of a method to incorporate into your day to help keep calm, which may promote your fluency. This video makes it easy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTF4i2v5FzQ&feature=youtu.be
