like looking into a mirror years ago, everything you said applies to me, when i was 13-14 years my parents pushed hard to get me back to speech therapy, which i didn’t because i went for many years it was’t fun nor i felt any better. so i think don’t push it just be supportive, he already have friends and smart young man, i guarantee you he will be okay
