You can lessen your stuttering by unlearning bad breathing and speaking habits. I recommend reading Dr. Malcom H. Fraser's seminal book Self-Therapy for the Stutterer, it helped me reframe my stuttering and I've had great results. As for you your interviews, I think it's best to mention right at the beginning of your interactions with interviewers that you have a stutter and that you're working on it.
