Some people are allowed to say such a nonsense and everybody tolerates it

Some people are allowed to say such a nonsense and everybody tolerates it So , sometimes people are dumb and are allowed to say unbelievable things. It might sound narcissistic but Why I need to stay silent to not let others feel discomfort because of my stutter?When there are people who can't filter their tongue. Idk but this helped me to stutter less.
