I can’t talk on the phone at all either. Jobs are required to provide reasonable accommodations, so if your stutter is severely preventing you from being able to do a job-related duty, ask about getting accommodations. They can give you the option to communicate via email or text instead. If that’s not possible, you could use a text to speech service. I can type must faster than I can talk.
