Start taking Magnesium, L-Theanine and Vitamin B1 every day. If caffeine & sugar makes you stutter and tense up more, stop drinking it. Replace with a calming tea like lemon balm or chamomile tea instead. Read slowly out load every day for 30 minutes. Get quality sleep. Very important.
