Black people I noticed that a lot of black people tend to stutter or stammer. Why is this? **UPDATE** I don't mean they stutter like the movie The King's Speech stutter. What I mean is that many black people "stutter" like repeating the same syllable or word over and over. It seems a very cultural thing...
