An intentional inhale before speaking, very lightly and quickly saying plosive (b, d, g, k, p, t) and fricative (h, s, etc) sounds, easing Into the next sound by speaking gently the gradually raising volume, and linking all words together. Just some of the targets I use. Also mindfulness really helps me. It’s still hard but I’m just proud of myself for showing up and not shying away from living life. I did the fluency plus program in Toronto it was so helpful.
