I also hate the phone. I especially hate crappy cell phone connections because not only do they sound choppy, but I sound even more so. And they're asking me to repeat again and again, and ugh, just forget it. I think I've pissed away a lot of money because I haven't called a credit card company or other company to quickly clear something up on a bill or statement that's wrong.
