Yes I took the same class I used to have a flow / stutter problem too but I put in the work and practice people like you get a free ride and haven't earned it properly, not saying help is bad but what happened with that professor was wrong they should have had you present in front of the class to get the practice. Sure it's scary to speak in public but it made me a better person and over come my stutter actually by practicing and not opting out. No one was stopping you but yourself and no you don't have PTSD because you got scared from public speaking everyone is afraid of public speaking . Practice in the mirror that's how you get better don't put your self down
