I did different things but my sessions with Pysch helps alot and after that I also went to Speech Therapist. Pysch told me why you stammer and what will be your cause for this, Psych told me relation between stammering and brain, also anxiety and fear of judgement which comes with stammering. Speech therapist told me different exercises and ways to reduce stammer. But which worked for me most was recording myself and listening to my voice. It helps your brain to become familiar with your voice. For Psych which worked for me most was saying "I am confident under all circumstances and conditions" 21 times because 21 opens the neuro pathway. I suggest you make videos of minimum 3 minutes without any cutting and see your facial patterns when you stammer I don't know how but it also helps alot. Also don't be shy when stammering and covering your mouth when block come. You don't stammer when talking to yourself, while talking with family and friends because you know they will don't judge you and I want you to do same with strangers.
