Hey, i just want to say that even if that feels like the most wrong thing you can do. It also is the strongest thing you can do. To not stutter is wonderful, and that's what every stutterer wants (i guess). But what helped me, is being calm and accepting of those most awkward, embarrassing, miserable moments like they are just completely fine. To me that's the only way I managed to really reduce my stutter. By stuttering. Then when I got completely fine with that, I doubled down on speech therapy and basically eliminated my stutter but most importantly - my anxiety because my stutters. I wish you all the best. Everyone can do it.
