Alcohol used to mostly make me not stutter, but that was in my teenage years, nowadays (I'm 23) it doesn't really affect my stutter anymore or lift my anxiety much or make me feel better, so I almost never drink anymore. After doing LSD a couple times, I managed to come at peace with my stutter, realising that it's just a part of who I am as a person, which makes me unique. After those experiences I am no longer troubled by my stutter, I almost don't care/think about it anymore since it doesn't mind me anymore and people who get annoyed by it or disrespect me for it can go fuck right off. The psychedelic experiences I guess you can say gave me a big confidence boost in terms of this topic.
