The exercises only caused me to me to increase awareness. I became aware that stuttering wasn't the the problem, it was a symptom of incorrect muscle programming. I became to realize that stuttering was caused by me fighting against the incorrect programming that my muscles developed because I couldn't breathe properly when I was young (developing). I asked about bottle feeding because there is known data that bottle feeding is much easier for a baby than breastfeeding. A baby can bottle feed incorrectly and still get plenty of nourishment. However, if a baby breastfeeds incorrectly, he will be undernourished and the the mother will know, i.e., breast not emptying or she will be in pain. The breathing and feeding skills that humans develop lay the foundations for speech later.
