Yes most of us do. I found out the problem for me was talking too less and being unconfortable with myself. So I started to record myself speaking for 10 minutes talking everytime and everyday after I wake up. I also started to sing my favorite songs occasionally (either sing badly or not that doesn't matter at all) to help me be more relaxed and let my voice more loose. I also did some brain exercises with an app that helped me to be more proactive in my everyday life. I still stutter tho. But I do feel a huge improvement from where I was. This is working for me at least.
