When your speech is more fluent, many practical things in life are easier. When you speak of happiness, do you mean this feeling of ease and less struggle, and wish life could be like that all the time? What I'm after here is that many things can make us feel happy (such as being able to speak without the stutter), but happiness is something much deeper and wider than just feeling happy. I think it's important to be aware of this difference. Happiness, and the things that make people happy in life, has been studied a lot. If you take a look at what those things are, you'll see that you already have some of them covered, but there are many others you can work on. One very important thing to know is in order to be happy, you don't need to feel good. Feelings are something very shallow that come and go as they will. Even if it may sound contradictory at first, you can feel miserable or have great difficulties in life and be happy at the same time. Or, for example, stutter, and be happy.
