What is DMG? I'm pretty sure I have adhd too. I cannot do meditation to save my life. My mindfulness is mostly therapy, I guess. It consists of breathing exercises, words of affirmations, therapy to control anxiety. I push myself to create speaking opportunities to create positive experiences and reduce negative inticipations. When speaking I remind myself to take my time. Use my hands. Stretch words if needed. Emphasize words if needed. Stuff like that. I model great speakers. Although we stutter, public speaking and speaking in general is a skill that can be worked on and learned.
