I share your pain. First time poster in the sub, but long time lurker. I struggle to hold a meaningful conversation sometimes. The words just won't come out of my head. They just get stuck. I have a couple of coping mechanisms. One which I find helpful is to quickly change how I am going to say something. This quick change removes the hesitation and from what I can tell in my professional life people don't notice it as much I fear internally.
