Yes to feel immense dread before beginning a work day on Mondays. Breathing exercises and speaking exercises work (I go for speech therapy). But I also carve out time at the end of the day for sometimes fun, like watching a documentary or reading or cooking. So that Monday feels like a little bit of the weekend has carried on. I look forward to Monday evenings now. It has really worked for me.
