Sorry about that,the tricky part with stuttering is constantly beating yourself bcos of your stutter. Took me a long time to accept my stutter and consciously decide to work on it..Breathing techniques help a ton if you successfully suppress the anxiety.We all have different types of stutter arising from different causes so its hard to narrow down a 1 time fix for every type of stutter..you have to accept yourself, love yourself,suppress the anxiety,pace yourself and you'd see changes..try stress/anxiety supplements too it does work. Just rmb to never be afraid of stuttering,it only makes it worse
