Hey… I’m really sorry you’re going through this. I can feel how heavy and frustrating this is for you, and it makes sense you’re exhausted from trying so hard and still feeling stuck. I just want you to know this: you didn’t do anything wrong. This isn’t punishment, and it’s not something you “deserve.” A stutter doesn’t take away your worth, even if people around you don’t understand it. It must hurt a lot to feel like people don’t listen or don’t care when you try to open up. That kind of loneliness can make everything feel even worse. But I hear you, and what you’re feeling matters. You’re not broken, and you’re not alone in this, even if it feels like it right now. There are people who do understand, and who will be patient and kind you just haven’t been met by enough of them yet. You don’t have to force yourself to be perfect with your words. Even saying something small, or taking your time, is enough. You’re allowed to exist exactly as you are, stutter and all. If it’s getting overwhelming, please try to reach out to someone safe someone who can sit with you in this, even if they don’t fully understand. You deserve support, not silence. I’m really glad you said something. I’m here with you.
