I hate being in a large group and then you have a thought or want to say something and suddenly all eyes on you. I cant even handle it if i'm talking to my coworker and my boss is overhearing. It's like a sixth sense where I know who else is listening, thn I picture them listening to me and I know i'm gonna stutter or block or something and inevitably, I do. EDIt: I forgot to end on a positive note, it's good you went out man, you chatted with people. So not everyone you talked to knows who you are and what you are like, hat doeesn't mean they think you're weird. I find first impressions for me are the absolute worst, I'm always nervous and so conscious of my speech that i block maybe out of pure habit, sometimes I just dont know.
