Yeah I thought it was a bit self centred to speak about my problems but my teacher just saw my passion I guess. The aim of my speech was more to actually educate my whole class on my stammer and I think it worked. I haven’t completely overcome my stammer yet but the speech therapy I’m doing has really helped me gain confidence when speaking. Good luck on overcoming your stammer
