The fastest "easy fix" in my opinion.

The fastest "easy fix" in my opinion. The best thing you can do to stop stuttering? Take your time talking, and calm down. If you trip over a few words, whoever is listening won't immediately start judging you; think of the flow of what you're saying, not individual words. When you talk, take you time, you shouldn't feel rushed. On top of that, take a lot of deep breaths while speaking. Not only does it help slow down your speech, but it also calms you down and allows your vocal chords to open up. And, it may sound hard, but don't hide your stutter, if you're alright with stuttering, guess what? You'll stutter less.
