Are you on the spectrum by chance? I am. Got diagnosed at 32 lol. I imagine stress was what caused mine. Or burnout. At the time there was a lot going on that makes it hard to pin point, but everything seems to point in the direction of burnout, or a ptsd response. Sometimes I can talk just fine and other days I can barely talk. It’s all over the place
