I dealt with it when I was in school. Actually, I still have to deal with it every now and then. What I would do is practice, atleast the saying your name part. Come up with some ideas of what they might ask you to say about yourself and practice that as well. When you take it live, I know how it is, heart is pounding, your starting to sweat, but take a second to take a deep breath and calm down first. Try to talk slowly. What will happen is since your nervous you will be talking WAAAAAY too fast. Just remember that eventhough you think your are talking slow, it actually sounds completely normal to everyone else.
