Go to speech therapy. Do not take drugs. Until you accept that you have a stutter and that it will live inside you your entire life, whether intense or low-level, you're going to be disappointed. (but you are right that anxiety does increase stuttering) I've stuttered my entire life, but speech therapy really helped, and now I'm 33, running a business, talking on camera, and things can get better.
