I posted this a year or so ago but here is a blog post I wrote on a presentation style that works for me - http://www.joshholtz.com/2015/my-stutter-made-me-a-better-presenter/ It was a pretty informal presentation but hopefully this can help you out in some way. I essentially made a non-linear presentation that allowed me not think about what I was going to say so that I didn't think about where I was going to fail. Making the presentation interactive with my audience made me more comfortable which made my stuttering happen less. Good luck on the presentation!
