I have the exact same problem. I feel like it's because people can't see my mouth talk, they just hear my voice, so it makes me stutter way more because I know I'll have to repeat myself half the time which I hate doing. I have no tips, but just that my stuttering is slightly better now that masks aren't mandatory most places lol.
