I refuse to allow it to be one and would never bring it up in a professional setting unless I stuttered so badly that the people around me thought something was wrong. In this case I would simply smile and say "apologies, I was born with a slight speech impediment that comes out every now and then." This almost immediately breaks the ice and no one cares anymore. Everyone has shit they hide from each other, we just can't hide it sometimes. Anyone with empathy can relate.
