This might be a BIT much, but you could do a slight accent! It helped me in high school when we had to read plays out loud. If anything else, I guess humility helps! Just knowing it’s gonna happen and kinda laugh it off. That’s what I’ve been doing lately and my blocks haven’t been bothering me as much!
