When I first sit down with an interviewer I like to start with something like, "Before we begin I'd like you to be aware that I do have a mild stutter so if, at any time, I stumble on a word please just let me work through it! I've prepared a lot and am very excited for this opportunity!" Gets the awkwardness out of the air and the interviewer know right off the bat. They obviously really respect honestly and, from my experience, this helps a ton. As a 21 year old guy about to graduate college, best of luck with all our upcoming interviews! I really liked your post, surprised I'm the first comment. Keep doing you.
