as a solutoin I would advice: interrupt, delay and limit feeling passive aggression (unless you can handle it), but if not, and you are too stressed then convincing or ignoring in the moment won't do much good. Complete avoidance by delaying contact would be adviced. If stress is something you can handle, though, you can use deep breathing, mindfulness at the moment, calming down, focusing on your technique (or on positive experiences in your life), or replacing discomfort with a happy feeling from when you won a tournament
