I asked a question at a press conference Im a reporter for a sports news outlet, where i mostly just write. However i went to a press conference and the PR guy asked me if i wanted to take the microphone. I didnt hesitate and said yes. It was literally a boost of confidence to not think about it twice and step up to the occasion. And i didnt stutter 🥹
