Oh, my stutter goes from 0 to 100 if I get anxious. I try to force myself to slow down, take a deep breath, glass of water, or anything else. But I totally understand where you're coming from, I go through this almost every day. A long game solution may be to get involved with small public speaking groups (toastmasters, for instance) as putting yourself into that situation voluntarily may help with the anxiety (in the same way that a performer performs in front of small groups to work on performance anxiety issues). Food for thought I suppose.
