It's a lifetime programme, which you join by attending your first intensive course. The programme teaches people physical techniques and tools to manage a stutter, but doing so in a natural way (unlike smooth speech, fluency shaping, etc). It also teaches psychological aspects as well as has communication and public speaking training, similar to what large corporations do. The entire programme is run and volunteered in by other people with a stutter, all who are very experienced in the programme and what it instructs, as well as having skills and experience most SLPs lack (especially ones that do not stutter themselves). By lifetime I mean - post your first course each new "graduate" gets a personal coach (or coaches), access to monthly support groups, one day courses, weekly Skype support groups and access to future intensive courses (which I basically speech boot camps) for a small cost ($10-$100).
