If you’re positive it’s your speech, your state might have a program that helps people with disabilities find jobs. Contact them, tell them you have a speech disability, what jobs you’re interested in, your skills, etc, and they will set you up with a company. Interviews can be a huuuge barrier for us so programs like these are massively helpful. Even if you still have to do an interview, they will already be aware of and okay with your stutter due to the disability program.
