I always disclose I have a mild stutter to a potential hiring manager. It helps reduce my anxiety in the interview if they know I stutter more when anxious in interview situations. In my day-to-day job, I'm fine most of the time. I've gotten most, if not all, of the jobs I've applied for based on my experience/knowledge/skill-set. If they don't want to hire me because of my stutter, it's their loss, and I want nothing to do with an organisation like that anyway. I just move onto the next job where my skills ad experience will be appreciated for what it is, not because I have a speech impediment.
