Think of moments where you felt confident and ‘yourself’. Now try to recreate that state of mind in other scenarios where you normally aren’t confident. It’s training of your brain to open up and not let it hold you back. It won’t happen unless you make that effort consciously. And the change will be slow, but trust me?
