I'm not c0sm0 but they're absolutely right. I still stutter but have reduced it significantly by simply being more confident in myself. Which is of course easier said than done My take is to push yourself out of your comfort zone daily and it'll get bigger, making you a little more confident at the thing you did that day and in yourself in general. It sucks and you feel like you aren't making progress but you will - it takes time. Avoiding situations that are outside your comfort zone has the opposite effect, for me at least
