I have took Xanax multiple times but I'm not really sure if it helped or not, I don't really remember But I have took a anti anxiety medication in the past for my stutter and it did help. It eased my stuttering social anxiety and made me more fluent. Only took it for 2 to 3 months because it really fucked with my thing down there, stopped me from finishing. Sorry if that was to much info haha but it's not a good side effect so it's a good thing to know about Also when I stopped my fluency said really good for about 6 months after
