My understanding is that hemp oil is derived from cannabis with less than 0.3% THC in it, whereas CBD oil is derived from cannabis that has a higher amount of THC in it. You can order hemp oil online and get it delivered if you don't live in a legal state. The CBD sub is really helpful for advice on companies to give a try.
