Sorry for the late reply! I don't have a specific answer but one time I started singing Eminem's " My Name Is" and changed the stuttering slim shady part to my name ahahha Maybe this isn't a good coping mechanism but it sure does entertain. Don't give op and just keep trying and focus on the times you ARE sucessful and it'll eventually get easier!
