How do i stop thinking about stuttering? Ever since i came back from summer vacation 6 months ago, i can’t stop thinking and focusing on my stutter, on what people will say and what they think of me. For example now before i say each sentence i think “oh no i’m gonna stutter” which causes me to stutter. Whereas beforehand i sorta forgot i stuttered and it went away for the entirety of the trip. Like i would focus on being present instead of living in my mind. I know my stutter is psychological and only happens because i think it will, how do i stop anticipating it?
